A MAN was arrested for stealing a tablet from a professor in one of the medical schools in Cebu City on Tuesday evening.
The suspect was identified as Quirico Garcaia, 34, from Baragay Ermita Cebu City.
According to PO3 Rey Lumagot, from Fuente Police Station, Ludwig Parlade left his tablet after his class but was not able to locate the gadget when he came back.
The arrest came after police viewed the CCTV footage inside the classroom and recovered Parlade’s tablet.
Garcia is now detained in Fuente police precinct pending the filing of charges against him.
