Umbay’s triple lifts Homeboys against Mamba

RJ Umbay canned a buzzer-beating triple to lift Homeboys Original to a cardiac, 74-73 win over Team Mamba in the Homeboys Basketball 4th Randall Cup at the Archdiocesan Shrine of San Nicolas gym in Cebu City last Saturday.

Jhunrey Años led the Homeboys with 14 points while Mark Bendicio had 22 markers for the losing team
In other games, Futuro Sport/Nexcare topped CY Boys All Star, 66-58 while MB Scalar edged Harbour City Dimsum, 67-49.

The 4th Randall Cup, presented by Futuro Sports/Nexcare, is held in memory of league founder Randall Joseph Prado who passed away last September 20, 2007.
