A TALISAY City resident died after being shot in the back by an unidentified man in Sitio Magay, Barangay Tanke, Talisay City last Friday evening.
The victim was identified as Delbert Quinlan of Barangay Tunghaan, Talisay City.
PO2 Raymond Lleve of the Talisay City Police Office said Quinain was headed home at the time of the attack.
He failed to make it at the hospital. Lleve said they are still investigating the motive behind the attack.
