Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) acting jail warden Roberto Legaspi recommended the termination of contracts of two job order (JO) nurses after they were caught attempting to smuggle contraband inside the detention facility.

Confiscated from the male nurses (names withheld) yesterday morning were disposable lighters, SIM cards, super glue, several batteries and headsets.

Legaspi also revealed that jail authorities apprehended another nurse who also tried to bring contraband inside CPDRC last January 30.
