Cebu will experience cloudy skies and light to moderate rains in the next few days.
Weather Specialist Ned Saletrero of Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) Mactan said that a low pressure area (LPA) was spotted 455 kilometers per hour (kph) east southeast of Davao City, Davao del Sur, as of 8 a.m. today.
However, Saletrero said there is a slim chance for the LPA to become a typhoon.
