KAPAMILYA stars Yassi Pressman and Sam Milby are reunited on the big screen as they headline the upcoming comedy film, “Ang Pambansang Third Wheel.”
To be shown in cinemas nationwide starting March 14, the movie is directed by Ivan Andrew Payawal and produced by Viva Films.
Both Yassi and Milby are busy promoting the movie by posting on their social media accounts and giving free hugs to fans during mall shows.
Viva Films, in its Instagram account, shared photos of the two stars during a visit to the Farmers Market in Quezon City and Morayta Street and Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in Santa Mesa, Manila.
Both stars were holding signs cards which read, “Free Hugs” and “Third wheel ka rin ba? Hug kita.”
Pressman, on her Instagram account, shared a video and said, “Nakita ko po sa ito sa Twitter. Maraming maramiiiiiiing SALAMAT PO sa lahaaattt ng mga single, taken at THIRD WHEEL na naki-hug saamin today!!!”
Based on the movie’s official trailer released on YouTube, the movie is a romantic comedy about Trina (Pressman) and Neo (Milby) who get attracted to each other.
However, as soon as they start dating, Trina finds out that Neo has a son and wife, played by Alonzo Muhlach and Sam Pinto, respectively.
Also starring in the film are Al Tantay, Candy Pangilinan, Francine Prieto, Kim Molina, and Cholo Barretto.
Milby and Pressman first worked in the 2016 film, “Camp Sawi” which also starred Bela Padilla, Arci Muñoz, and Andi Eigenmann.
