During his speech, API President Ray Manigsaca shared that being one of AppleOne Banawa Heights’ residential types, Mansionette is an alternative to the typical condo living with its Victorian-inspired concept. When completed, Mansionette will soon have six buildings with three floors each, having four units per floor. The building facade features a mirror-effect design, where front structure mirrors the back, which makes no need for rear entrances, unlike the typical condo building.
Made with security and privacy in mind, they have an exclusive entrance gate and keyless access control system. Other highlights include a function room, multi-functioned gazebo, exclusive swimming pool with kiddie pool and jacuzzi, and fitness gym. Pocket gardens and landscape areas also beautify the property.
Currently, Mansionette 2 is structurally done while Mansionette 3’s excavation is ongoing.
