Phenomenal Star Maine Mendoza has organized an online garage sale that will benefit the AlDub Nation (ADN). Scholarship Drive.
On Sunday, the 23-year-old Dubsmash Queen posted on her Twitter account and later on her Facebook page about the “Shop Bid Donate 2” project.
“Hi! Some might be aware that I am planning to have a garage sale but due to schedule constraints, I’ve decided to host it in Carousell! I have posted some items (and will be posting a lot more) that will benefit the ADN Scholarship Drive. Hope you can support me on this one,” she said.
The ADN Scholarship Drive is an ongoing campaign of AlDub Nation (fans of the phenonemal loveteam of Mendoza and Alden Richards) to help students who need financial support to finish their studies.
Following her announcement on the “Shop Bid Donate 2” project, Mendoza then shared a link of her Carousell account (carousell.com/mainemendozaaa) where her preloved items are up for bidding.
Her verified profile account reads: “Selling some of my preloved stuff. Proceeds to benefit the AldDub Nation Scholarship Drive.”
Some preloved brands that are posted on her Carousell account are Chanel (Patent Espadrilles), Valentino, Zara, Chiara Ferragni, Tod’s Gommino, Calvin Klein, Sutor Mantelassi, Gucci, Tory Burch, Nike, Stradivarius, and Charles and Keith, among others. Prices of the items range from P100 for basic tops to P30,000 for high-end shoes.
Mendoza, who hit 3 million followers on her Instagram account yesterday, was feted by her group of fans called Solid Maine United last night with a classy birthday party bearing the theme “How I Met Your Mother,” based on the popular TV series.
