Ultima Prime groundbreaking ceremony marked as another promising city pride

FUENTE Triangle Realty Development Corporation breaks ground for the Ultima Prime on January 8.

The groundbreaking ceremony marked the completion of Fuente Towers which comprise the Crown Regency Hotel & Tower (Tower 1), Club Ultima (Tower 2) and Ultima Residences (Tower 3).

This fourth icon will rise 32-storey high, featuring 95 loft-type residential condominiums promoting modern, quality and affordable units.

The long-awaited event was attended by Chairman/CEO of Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation Richard King, PAG-IBIG Vice-President Victoria B. dela Pena, Pag-ibig Division Chief for Housing Loans Grace B. Plaza & Engr. Senen Catingub, Pag-ibig Department Manager Rio Teves and Housing & Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) Director Dir. Alixes “Roy” Lopez & Atty. Lyndon Juntilla to witness and celebrate the start of another city pride.

Ultima Prime’s upcoming rise also marks FTRDC’s recent partnership with country’s leading building constructor and supplier, Monocrete Realty Development Corporation who did not miss to dig the ground during the celebration headed by their President Engr. Manuel Mendoza and other representatives.

“Brokers & buyers would find Ultima Prime more convenient as it has easy payment terms,” says Richard King.

Tagged as the future exclusive address in Cebu, this high-rise condominium will promote studio units with combinable 2 & 3 bedrooms. Pure convenience awaits as it will tower with high-speed elevators, swimming pool, fitness & function rooms and podium parking.

Merging to build more quality and affordable city living, FTRDC and Monocrete will have more projects to work and are excited to the rising & opening of another landmark.

FTRDC has made a name in building Fuente Tower 3, Ramos Tower and the coming Citi Loft. And Ultima Prime is just a beginning in giving more quality urban lifestyle especially now that they have partnered with Monocrete.
