Farmer hacks, kills neighbor in Ayungon town in NegOr
A farmer was hacked and killed his neighbor, a laborer, at past 4 p.m. on Monday in Ayungon town in Negros Oriental.
Jungie Emang of Barangay Tibyawan died after he was hacked several times by his neighbor, Terry Rojo, said Supt. Kat Ramos, Negros Oriental Police Office public information officer, in a phone interview on Monday.
Ramos said that they were looking at personal grudge as the motive of the killing.
Rojo was arrested and was detained at the Ayungon Police Station pending the filing of murder charges.
