TAFT Properties chose global real estate services provider Colliers International to manage Soltana Nature Residences, their nine-tower sub-urban community located in Lapu-Lapu City.

Colliers International started as a Canadian company and later branched out to different parts of the world. They have been in the Philippines for almost 14 years managing properties through their extensive market knowledge and standards.

“We’re bringing a very stable partnership who knows how to run the household,” said Taft Properties Chairman and President Jack Gaisano.

As part of Colliers’ role in taking care of the community, they will be facilitating sales and leasing of units done online or offline to ensure security.

“We have also devised rules and regulations for unit owners to eliminate issues relative to Airbnb,” said Executive Director of Colliers International Engineer Alejandro Ilagan.

Colliers in Cebu is a property manager of over 80 buildings in different cities and a hub for market intelligence for most commercial and real estate developers.
The property has 280 units with the first tower, ready for occupancy.

Soltana Nature Residences showroom is located at Maximo V. Patalinghug Jr. Avenue, Brgy. Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan. One may call (032) 340-0888 or 0998-959-TAFT(8238) for inquiries and site visits.
