A 44-year-old man was shot dead by an unidentified suspect in Barangay Punta Princesa, Cebu City at around 3:30 p.m. on Friday (April 20).
Gilbert Alvarez was shot thrice by an unidentified suspect.. He sustained two gunshot wounds in his head, and one in his chest.
Based on initial police investigation, Alvarez and the suspect were walking along the same pathway. The suspect pulled out his firearm and shot the victim.
