DBTC-Labangon rules boys’ U-16 of Allianz Nat’l Futsal

TEAMS from Don Bosco Technical College (DBTC) dominated the 16-Under Boys category of the Allianz National Futsal Invitational Cebu-leg yesterday at the University of San Carlos- Technology Center (USC-TC) covered courts in Talamban, Cebu City.
DBTC- Labangon defeated DBTC- Balamban, 6-2, to win the crown while DBTC-Pasil secured third place by winning against Guardian Strikers, 4-0.
The Girls 16-Under, on the other hand, was won by Labogon FC, which defeated the Talisay Razkas, 1-0, in the championship.
Alcoy FC defeated Balamban FC with the score of 5-0 in the fight for third.
Winning teams will advance to the regional eliminations which will take place at Bacolod City, Negros Occidental on May 12 to 13.
The 14-Under Boys and Girls category kicks off today at the same venue.
