A resident of Barangay Pasil is in critical condition after he was shot in the head by his neighbor at past noon Wednesday, July 25.
Chief Insp. Allan Rosario, San Nicolas police precinct chief, identified the 26-year-old victim as Nick Torreon.
Torreon was outside his home when his neighbor identified as Ytat Ybañez approached him and then shot him in the head without warning. Ybañez ran off to an undetermined direction while passersby rushed Torreon to the nearest hospital.
