Osmeña postpones scheduled surgery in US

Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña said he will be suspending his trip to the United States for a minor medical surgery.

The surgery was scheduled on Saturday (August 4).

“It is getting a little too hot here, I don’t want to make it appear that I am just running away,” Osmeña said.

This is the fourth time that the mayor postponed his surgery.
