3 students, 2 MEPZ employees injured after vehicular collision
Motorists experienced heavy traffic along several roads, particularly Basak-Marigondon Road and Maximo Patalinjug Avenue in Lapu-Lapu City, after three vehicles were involved in a collision at past 6 a.m. on Tuesday (August 14).
Two tricycles, with students and employees of Mactan Export Processing Zone (MEPZ) as passengers, were hit by a private car.
Three students and two MEPZ employees sustained slight injuries due to the incident.
PO3 Joven Pino, police investigator, found the driver of the private car at fault.
