The Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) will be releasing a prayer with the hope of reducing drug-related activities in the city.
This announcement was made following the release of the Oratio Imperata by the Archdiocese of Cebu.
The general prayer calls to end the spate of killings in Cebu in recent months.
The prayer was written by the 17-year old daughter of Senior Supt. Royina Garma, CCPO director./Delta Dyrecka Letigio
