“ALL tests for any tumor markers were negative.”
Queen of All Media Kris Aquino gave this categorical statement a day after she traveled to Singapore for a more comprehensive set of tests.
The medical update was part of an Instagram post she made on Monday, Oct. 1.
“We flew to Singapore because I know how many Filipinos work in the medical field here and I wanted to lessen my family’s burden by choosing transparency,” she said.
The 47-year-old actress and host revealed that the medical tests she recently had in the country were no longer as good as those taken from San Francisco in March 2018.
Aquino decided to fly to Singapore because she had lost a significant amount of weight after experiencing financial troubles.
“We flew to Singapore to see one specialist for three areas of my health that needed to be immediately addressed with appropriate treatment for me to have the best chance to regain my health,” she said.
She also confirmed lawyer Sigrid Fortun’s statement last weekend about her medication for hypertension, severe allergies, and migraine.
Meanwhile, Megastar Sharon Cuneta on an Instagram post expressed her anger directed to the person who betrayed Aquino.
Cuneta reposted a copy of the press statement released by Aquino on her Instagram account.
“How could you bite the hand that ‘feeds’ you? And much, much more than that, how do you betray someone who put all her trust in you, and even to me, always spoke so highly of you and held you in the highest regard to the point na natanong ko pa si Kris kung wala bang kakambal ang taong yan para blessed din ako in the areas of her life that he was involved in?! Tapos babaligtarin si Kris,” the Megastar said on her post.
Cuneta also asked the public to pray for Aquino including her health.
Cuneta also revealed on her post that there were employees who betrayed her family.
“Isa-isa ko silang ipapakilala sa inyo, para kung sakaling makilala niyo, huwag kayong magkamaling pagtiwalaan sila,” she said.
