Motorists and commuters can expect heavy traffic along Hernan Cortes corner AS Fortuna Street in Mandaue City starting today until January 30 next year due to road concreting and drainage repair.
The four-lane road is restricted to one-way traffic starting from the corner of Panagdait to Banilad, said the Traffic Enforcement Agency of Mandaue (Team).
Bobot Glenn Antigua, Team operation assistance chief, said the P48 million road concreting and drainage repairs are being done by the Department of Public Works and Highways.
Alexis M. Dy of the DPWH Cebu 6th District Office said works on the drainage system started last Feb. 5.
