Cemeteries in Cebu City are generally safe and peaceful.

Aside from two individuals who fainted in the public cemeteries of Barangay Luz and Carreta, no untoward incidents were reported as of 11: 15 a.m. on Thursday (November 1).

Cebu City Councilor Dave Tumulak, Deputy Mayor on Police Matters, said they also advised those people who have health problems to avoid from joining the crowd flocking the cemeteries today.

“Considering sad nga init kaayo, might as well avoid nalang gyud,” said Tumulak.
