LOOK: Scenes from the opening program of the National Youth Day celebration held at the Cebu City Sports Center this afternoon, April 24.

The Archdiocese of Cebu is expecting 12, 000 pilgrims to join the six-day celebration. Delegates started to arrive here on Tuesday.
