THE 6th Annual International Cebu 10’s Rugby Festival will kick off today at the Cebu International School (CIS) in barangay Pit-os, Cebu City.
Teams to watch out for in today’s 10-aside competition will be the Christ Church High School of New Zealand and the teams from Sweden, China, Singapore, Papua New Guinea and Myanmar. Leading the local charge will be the Cebu Dragons.
The tournament’s main objective is to promote unity and camaraderie among the rugby clubs in the country by bringing in top caliber teams from other countries to compete in a friendly competition.
The tournament will kick off at 9 a.m.
