Over 1,000 passengers stranded at ports of Cebu after Coastguard suspended travels to the provinces of Bohol and Leyte on Saturday morning because of tropical depression Caloy.

Coastguard Commanded Rodulfo Villajuan said that suspension order will only be lifted after Pagasa clears Cebu and neighboring islands of any storm signal.

According to PAGASA’s 11:45 a.m. weather update, scattered light to moderate rains over portions of #Cebu, #Bohol, #Leyte and #SouthernLeyte may persist for 1-2 hours.
