A low pressure area entered the country last Sunday evening but Cebu will still experience warm weather.
The state weather bureau Pagasa said the low pressure area will dissipate in the next five days. Pagasa weather specialist Nedzel Saletrero said the LPA is “nothing to worry about” since they haven’t seen any indication that it will intensify into a tropical depression.
As of 10 a.m., the LPA was located 910 kilometers east of Guiuan in Eastern Samar and will bring cloudy skies and chances of rainfall over Eastern Visayas and Samar provinces./ UP Intern Niña Bianca Sayson
