Mandaue City’s Business Permits and Licensing Office opens satellite help desks
MANDAUE CITY, Cebu – Wanting to better serve businesses here, Mandaue City’s Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) is opening four satellite help desks that will be located in the different parts parts of the city to extend assistance to online business permit applicants starting on Monday, January 4, 2021.
The city’s help desk will be located at Parkmall, Insular Square, Pacific Mall and the MIPAC office located along Ouano Avenue. Its opening is part of the city’s implementation of an e-BPLO system.
In an advisory, BPLO said that the operation of the city’s satellite help desk is an addition to the Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS) that will be opened at their office located at the ground floor of the City Hall building and a second one that is situated at the Mandaue City Cultural and Sports Complex.
The BPLO satellite help desk will operate starting on Monday, January 4 and until January 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The city’s BOSS will also operate on the same dates but from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“Gi-awhag ang tanan nga mu-renew ug mubayad ONLINE ilabi na nga ana pa gihapon ang COVID-19 pandemic,” the BPLO advisory reads.
