Ask about her day
It’s heartwarming to know that somebody cares about how your day went. Moms can get really busy doing the chores at home or at work and yet they still manage to take care of their family members. Asking “how are you?” or “how was your day” are both really underrated and underused questions, but asking your mom these questions actually lightens her up.
Give her a gift
The gift could be something small; perhaps a plant she’s been wanting to have or her favorite Kakanin or Filipino native delicacies. No matter how simple the gift, always remember that it’s the thought that counts!

Help her with the household chores
Your mom will really appreciate it if you volunteer to do some of the chores to help her out.
