Fire destroyed at least five houses and displaced 20 individuals in barangay Suba, Cebu City yesterday morning.
The fire broke out at 9:35 a.m. and was contained in 23 minutes.
Arson investigator Dionisio Rigata said the fire started at the house of Rolit Fernandez.
Investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of fire.
Fire damage was pegged at P100,000.
