Four armed men carted away at least P15,000 from a gasoline station in barangay Labogon, Mandaue City last Saturday.

Samboy Lungtad, 20, cashier of the Petron Gasoline Station reported the robbery to the Basak Police Station at around around 1 a.m.

Lungtad told police that at 12:30 a.m. four men riding two motorcycles arrived at the gasoline station. They pretended to be customers, until they pulled out their guns and disarmed the security guard.

He added that one of the robbers then poked a gun at him and took away P15,000 from his possession.

The robbers then herded the cashier, the guard and the two pump attendants inside one of the gasoline station’s rooms and  fled.

Lungtad said when they were sure that the robbers had already left a few minutes later they got out the room and informed police of the robbery.

Police conducted a followup operation but they could no longer find the robbers.
