On Sunday, October 26, two worlds will collide as Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort brings you the Bluewater Halloween Feargrounds 2– Komiks meets Anime event. In this second installment of the highly successful Halloween Feargrounds last year, Bluewater Maribago’s Halloween offering is set to bring another exciting event for the whole family.
Bluewater Maribago aims to bring together popular characters from Pinoy Komiks and Japanese Anime bridging together the generation of Pinoy superheroes that mom and dad grew up with and the Japanese cartoon genre which is quite popular with today’s younger crowd in one fun-filled event.
Kids are set to meet with Darna – the village girl who turns into a super powered heroine with the help of a magical stone; Flavio ‘Ang Panday’ – the blacksmith who is granted superhuman abilities with a sword forged out of a meteorite ore; Lastikman – the elastic superhero; as well as Datu Lapu-Lapu — a real life Filipino superhero known for his feats in combat and other magical prowess.
Mom and Dad also get to be acquainted with Son Goku – the main protagonist of the DragonBall Z series; Mario of Super Mario brothers as well as other characters from anime universe.
Of course, Super Dolpo, Bluewater’s loveable mascot, will be leading the entourage of your favorite superheroes during the event.
Bluewater Maribago’s Halloween Feargrounds is indeed a supersized event complete with jugglers, stilt walkers, superhero games and the Feargrounds booths where kids can test their skills alongside their heroes. Wear your favorite superhero or anime costume and get the chance to win exciting prizes in the costume contest.
Buffet Lunch will be at the Allegro restaurant with a special Halloween themed fare prepared by our creative Bluewater Chefs and a live band to complement the sumptuous feast.
Halloween event package is at P1,200 nett inclusive of buffet lunch, loot bags, participation in the games and trick or treat, plus free day use of the beach and main swimming pool facilities. Children from 6-11 years old get 50% discount, while those 5 years and below are free of charge.
