About P60,000 was taken by still unidentified burglars from a general services company in barangay Buanoy, Balamban town in southwest Cebu last Monday morning.
Police said the burglars tore off the wooden wall ofs JEC Metal Work and General Services and broke open the small wooden cabinet where the petty cash was stored.
The company cashier Michelle Makalisang discovered the theft a few hours after she opened the office.
