The management of Ceres Liner has cancelled its trips to northern Cebu beginning at 3 p.m yesterday. “Definitely there will be no trips tonight,” Zosimo Jumao-as Jr., head of operations of the North Bus Terminal, said. Affected passengers who were at the North Bus Terminal in Mandaue City were redirected to take shuttle vans (V-Hire) and mini buses and buses operated by Rough Rider Express.

Bus trips to Masbate and Leyte were cancelled Thursday while those bound for Bacolod were cancelled Friday. Jumao-as added that the resumption of operations will depend on the weather in the coming days and accessibility of the roads going to northern Cebu.
