A father and his son were arrested in an anti-illegal drugs operation in barangay Poblacion, Compostela town at 2 p.m. Thursday.
Insp. Fructuoso Lim of the Compostela Municipal Police Office said the police operation was covered by a search warrant issued by Judge Teresita Galanida of the Mandaue City Regional Trial Court Branch 56 against Manuel Lebrea, 39.
His son, Van Halen, was earlier arrested in a buy-bust operation prompting the police to apply for a warrant to allow them to search their house.
Police allegedly seized three small packs believed to contain shabu as well as drug paraphernalia.
