National Bookstore, together with SM City Cebu and Anvil Publishing will launch the “Linamnam” Travel Guide Book by Claude Tayag and Mary Ann Quioc on January 19 at the Event Centre in SM City Cebu.
A foodie couple eats their way around the Philippines in search of the proverbial Holy Grail. Not only do they lead the reader to the best eats every region has to offer, scouring the length and breadth of the archipelago, but they also learn the why’s and how’s of what makes each dish unique and outstanding. As staunch keepers of traditional Pinoy cuisine, the couple discovers the sheer variety and intricacies of this multi-layered cuisine.
The book is a collection of the best foods from all over the Philippines and the restaurants that serve them. Linamnam is available in the Food and New Releases sections of National Book Store and Powerbooks nationwide.
Authors will sign copies of the books after the launch at 6PM at the Event Centre in SM City Cebu.
