Towering over at the center of Cebu IT Park, Park Centrale Cebu, the first office-condo project of Cebu Landmasters, has already topped off last January 15 taking pride of its 1.6M safe man hours counting without a lost time injury. Aiming to be at the forefront of Cebu’s business scene, Park Centrale was awarded by the Philippine Property Awards as the Best Commercial Development in Cebu in 2014.
The 20-floor office-condo has 50 locators and will also house various service offices, accounting, law and business offices, two BPO offices and a fastfood chain among others. The new headquarter office of Cebu Landmasters will also be transferred at the tenth floor of the establishment. According to Cebu Landmasters CEO Jose Soberano III, Park Centrale will be fully occupied by various tenants by the end of the second quarter this year.
Cebu Landmasters will have few more projects this year. To cite a few, their present office building in Labangon will be transformed into a mid-rise building and the construction of their first-ever out-of-town condominium project in Cagayan de Oro City will start in the middle of this year.
