Spike and the rest of pack find new home in a shelter in Carcar City
CEBU CITY, Philippines— Spike and the rest of the pack are now enjoying their new home in a shelter in Carcar City owned by Alexa Yna.
Yna is a known animal advocate in Cebu who opened a shelter for abandoned and rescued dogs.

Spike, the dog who was first accused of killing its owner in Talisay City, is now safe from being euthanized after medical examination proved that his owner died of natural causes and not because of the dog bites found in his body.
Yna shared with CDN Digital a short video clip of her and Spike sharing a cute moment early in the morning after feeding all the dogs in her shelter.

CDN Digital asked Yna how Spike and the rest of the dogs were she said they were more than okay and were very sweet and obedient.

“Early morning..naglambing na po si spike sa akin nagpatangal ng morning star sa mata niya at first breakfast together with spike and friends,” reads one of her Facebook posts.
Netizens were also very quick to rally behind the video showing how affectionate canine is.
Yna is currently taking care of 100 adult dogs and 90 puppies.
