THREE persons, including a couple, were arrested in separate drug buy-bust operations in the cities of Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue last Thursday evening.
Judy Prochina, 26, yielded 20 sachets of suspected shabu worth P10,000. Operatives of the City Intelligence Branch of the Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) arrested him in barangay Cambaro.
Police said Prochina had just sold two sachets of shabu worth P400 to a poseur-buyer when he was arrested.
In Lapu-Lapu City, a couple was arrested after they sold shabu to a police asset.
Cristino Igot, 40, and Roselyn Igot, 39, had four packs of suspected shabu, a .38 revolver with six bullets and drug-sniffing paraphernalia in their possession, police said.
