In Sibonga, Cebu, pa shoots own daughter, then self
A father and his daughter from Sibonga town, southern Cebu landed in the hospital when a family altercation ended in a tragedy on Monday, June 17.
A shooting incident took place in a residential area in Purok 7, Brgy Lamacan around 9 p.m. on Monday, the Sibonga Police Station confirmed.

Jove and Janine Sagario, the couple from Amlan, Negros Oriental, whose ‘awful’ church wedding went viral, finally had their dream wedding.
The Sagarios tied the knot once again in a ceremonial, civil wedding last Monday, June 17 in Dumaguete City. It was officiated by Amlan Mayor Manjoe Sycip.
Porac Pogo hub: Inventory of items done, letter with Roque’s name found
The inventory of items discovered from the raided Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (Pogo) hub in Porac, Pampanga, where a document with former Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque’s name was also found, has already been done by the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC).
They are scheduled to return the search warrant to the San Fernando Regional Trial Court and submit the list of evidence found in the complex on Tuesday, said PAOCC spokesperson Winston Casio.
Boston Celtics are 2024 NBA champions
The Boston Celtics are the 2024 NBA champions after crushing the Dallas Mavericks, 106-88, in Game 5 of the Finals on Monday (Tuesday morning, June 18, Philippine time).
Jayson Tatum had a blast in Game 5, scoring 31 points as the Celtics won their 18th NBA title, surpassing the Los Angeles Lakers, who have 17.
