A 47-year-old man was shot and killed outside a hospital in barangay Jagobiao, Mandaue City last Sunday night.
Pedro Salinas of Zamboanguita town, Negros Oriental, was attacked by motorcycle-riding assailants while sitting outside the MDR building, a facility of the Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital for patients with tuberculosis.
Senior Insp. Genilo Veraque, chief of the Basak Police Station, said personal grudges could be the motive of the attack.
