The police officer who was caught sniffing shabu inside a drug den in Dumanjug town last Friday will be dismissed from service after the investigation of the raid will be completed.

Chief Supt. Prudencio Bañas,  director of the Police Regional Office Central Visayas (PRO-7), said that he would dismiss PO1 Ronald Sacan when the investigation is done.

Bañas said he is quick to recognize achievements of his men but he is also quick to punish those who violated their oath.

Sacan, who was on duty last Friday, asked to leave his post for a while but he never returned. He was later caught sniffing shabu inside a drug suspect’s house.
