A MAN was fatally shot in barangay Tejero, Cebu City past midnight yesterday.
Dante Rojas Echavez, 44, a native of Isabel, Leyte, succumbed to gunshot wounds in the head, shoulder and left arm.
Police said the killing could be drug-related.
Echavez was sitting outside an Internet café in a pathway in sitio Sampaguita when the lone gunman arrived and shot the victim.
The assailant fled after the attack.
Police said they recovered three empty shells of a .45 caliber pistol in the crime scene.
