ILLEGAL drugs worth at least P100,000 were seized while four persons were arrested in separate anti-drug operations in Cebu last Friday.

Johannes Pacquing, 31, and his companion Jun Dave Paraiso Alferez, 22, were arrested in a buy-bust operation in barangay Media Once, Toledo City.

The operation was conducted by Toledo police and operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.

Police said the two men were arrested after they sold two packs of suspected shabu worth P200 to a poseur-buyer.

A plastic pack believed to contain shabu worth P170,000 was seized from Alferez, police said.

In Consolacion town, northern Cebu, 20-year-old Jose Cabrera was arrested by barangay tanods, who allegedly caught him selling illegal drugs.

Cabrera was later brought to the Consolacion Police Station.

In Balamban town, 29-year-old Gerry Cañete was arrested in a buy-bust operation where he allegedly sold a pack of shabu worth P100.
