A 14-YEAR-OLD boy was hit by a stray bullet after an 18-year-old man shot another man in Consolacion town, northern Cebu.
The bullet, which grazed the shoulder of the boy, came from the gun fired by Adelmar Quimod Cosido who was arrested last Friday night, a day after the incident which happened in barangay Pulpogan.
Police said Patrick Arroyo Aplicador, the target of the attack, was drinking with his friends Thursday night when Cosido arrived.
PO1 Socrates Borinaga said Cosido drew a .38 revolver and shot Aplicador.
Aplicador was able to run for safety. The bullet instead hit the boy, who was behind the target.
