THE body of a man was found in a secluded area in barangay Tulo-tulo, Consolacion town, northern Cebu yesterday morning.
The man was described to be in his 30s, about 5-foot-6 tall and had a rose tattooed on his right chest.
The man had a gunshot wound in the back.
A motorcycle believed to be owned by the victim was found in the main road.
