A MOTORCYCLE-FOR-HIRE (habal-habal) driver was killed after a passenger bus ran over him along a national road in barangay Sagay, Borbon town, northern Cebu last Monday morning.
Wendel Butong, 21, was about to cross an intersection when he was hit by a Ceres Bus driven by Jezroel Lechones, 41.
Police said Butong and the motorcycle were pinned underneath the bus.
The bus driver surrendered to the police after the incident.
