A parricide case was filed today against Cebu businessman Wayne Christopher Uy and four of his employees for the death of his estranged wife.

Uy was charged with killing his wife Agnelen, whose body was found tied up in the family’s Kia Picanto sedan parked overnight in F. Cabahug Street last October 29.

The mother of three was fatally shot at the back of her head.

The couple had separated years ago and were going through a court annulment.
