Hours after the Police Regional Office Central Visayas (PRO-7) taped the firearms of their personnel for the holidays, a police officer is now facing investigation for indiscriminate firing in Minglanilla town.
PO3 Louie Alalim, currently assigned in PRO-7 camp, is accused of pointing a gun to a resident in Minglanilla town at 2 a.m. today.
The police officer was allegedly drunk at the time.
