Leading the ribbon cutting were Orestes Navazo, Sfera Product Manager-Middle East & Asia; Paz Perdices, wife to the Spanish Consul in Cebu; and Amparito Lhuillier. ”We follow the new trends which results in our new collections,” shared Navazo. “We make sure we give customers a good deal with quality clothing.”
