Sinulog sa Kabataan street dancing cancelled
After continuous downpour, Sinulog organizers cancelled the street dancing for the Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Dakbyan.
Sinulog Foundation Inc. Ricky Ballesteros said they want to ensure the safety of the dancers from different Cebu City schools.
The top five contestants will compete with the winning contingents in Cebu province as well as with out-of-town contingents during the Sinulog Mardi Gras on January 19, Sunday.
Ballestero said today’s competition initially scheduled at 1 p.m. will commence as soon as the weather improves at the Cebu City Sports Center.
