Cebu Landmaster’s Inc. (CLI) broke ground for the first phase of its newest project in Cebu City.

The project called Base Line Center is a mixed-use development located in Juana Osmeña corner Ramon Aboitiz.

Two of the four towers planned for the project, which cover the first phase of the project, will soon begin construction.

Phase one of project will have 378 residential units, 180 serviced apartments (condotel) and around 70 office condo units.

There is also an estimated 3,000 sqm allotted for leasable space for commercial use.

Residential units start at P100,000 per sqm. For the condotel units, pricing begins P150,000 per sqm.

The two towers are slated for completion by the last quarter of 2018.

The condotel component, which will be managed by Ascott Limited, is expected to open by first quarter of 2019.
