A 23-YEAR-OLD man was arrested after he set his house on fire in barangay Looc, Lapu-Lapu City yesterday morning.
Frank Lloyd Casipong was known in the area as a drug user, said SPO1 Joseph Andrin, desk officer of the Hoops Dome Police Station.
Police said the man argued with his brothers and sisters the night before.
Police said the man broke some jalousie blades during the fight.
Early morning the next day, the man was reprimanded for not keeping the broken jalousie blades.
The man got irked, threatened to burn the house before locking himself up in his room.
The house caught fire at 8:36 a.m. yesterday. Fire damage was estimated at P150,000.
